How much does tire storage cost in St. Catharines?

Storage is priced per set, per season, and it can be added on its own or as a package with your changeover. The price covers labelling each tire, the tread check and the reminder before your next swap; it's arranged at your changeover visit, so there's no extra trip.

Prices are not published online yet. Call 905-348-4020 with your vehicle or tire size for today's price.

How are my tires stored?

  1. 01

Labelled. Each tire is tagged with your name, vehicle and wheel position.

  2. 02

Inspected. We note the tread depth on every tire, and tell you if the set won't last another season.

  3. 03

Stored indoors. Out of the sun, rain and salt, in our covered storage area.

  4. 04

Ready on time. We contact you before the next season so your set is pulled and waiting.

Is tire storage worth it?

For most drivers, yes. Tires stored indoors age more slowly than tires in a hot garage, you skip loading four tires twice a year, and the inspection catches a worn set before the season starts.

What happens if I don't pick up my tires?

Ask at the counter for our pickup deadline and what happens to sets that aren't picked up. Your set is ready at your next seasonal changeover.

Storage terms and responsibility: ask at the counter for our storage terms.

Where should I store tires at home?

Somewhere cool, dry and dark, away from furnaces, sump pumps and electric motors, which give off ozone that cracks rubber. Clean them first and keep them out of direct sun.

  1. 01On rims: stack them flat, or hang them on a wheel rack.
  2. 02Without rims: stand them upright and rotate them a quarter turn every few weeks.
  3. 03Mark each tire with its position (front-left, rear-right) so they go back on correctly.
